What does it mean take ac and hs and how much should I take a day?

I need to know what you're taking to tell you how much. I'm assuming whatever it is, the pharmacy is not putting those directions on the label.
Ac is before meals, is a Latin abbreviation and hs is also a Latin abbreviation, it means bedtime.
