If there is a male organ behind your belt buckle you're wearing your pants way too low.
It depends where you wear your belt. It if is at the belly button or below you have lower abdominal pain. It refers to discomfort that occurs at or below your belly button. This pain is also referred to as pelvic pain. The pelvic organs, such as the bladder and reproductive organs, are often the source of lower abdominal pain. You may also have problems with your small and large intestines. Does your gut fall over the belt? You could have a hernia. If your belt is not too tight all the time and doesn't leave a red pronounced line on your body when you take your pants/jeans off, and this pain has been going on for more than a month, you need to see your doctor NOW.
