Hi there.
Assuming your loratidine tablets are the same that we have here in Australia, that's fine.
They aren't modified release tablets, so splitting them won't change their pharmacokinetics at all.
But if you're an adult, you may find 5mg may not be enough to control your symptoms. See how you go.
