What medicine I can take to lose weight considering I had kidney transplant 3 years ago? My kidney function is stable. I am now fat and have gone from 85 kg to 105kg, 1.64m tall.

Have you considered of seeing a Nutritionist? Also exercise might be a better and healthier alternative, just a thought.
