If you have been taking zanaflex for years it will take longer to get out of your system than if you just took one or two.
Zanaflex is not a controlled substance and is unlikely to be on a urine drug screen however.
Zanaflex active ingredient is tizanidine and it is used as antispastic in MS (multiple sclerosis) and spinal injury. The half life of zanaflex is 2.5 hours but its metabolites have half life of 20-40 hours. So the single dose will take 80-90 hours to get out of system.
