So, I didn’t take Ambien for 10 years, but I did take it for 5ish. What I was worried about was not being able to sleep, well that happened for about a week. After a week of little sleep I did pretty well. BUT, I drank melatonin tea and that seemed to calm things. I also listened to ALOT of meditation videos while I went to bed and red a lot of books too.
Good luck, I hope you do fine..also, drink LOTS of water as it helps to cleanse your body of all that doesn’t make you happy! I wish you luck…just go into it with an open mind, don’t think the worst. Have faith in yourself, I do :) xo
Remember…Water, water and more water. Tea and vitamins. Most importantly, faith! xo
