Normally it takes your body about two weeks for it to self-adjust to a new medication. By then you'd usually know if any side effect is going to remain or whether they're going to remain and it's not something you can live with. If so, then you need to get back with your doctor and trying something else. So normally I'd tell you to try and wait 2 weeks to find all this out. However, if the side effects are too severe, you should contact your doctors office and discuss it right away. Truthfully if you literally can't see I'd call that a severe reaction and you should call your dr right away. I've taken dicyclomine for 30+ yrs and occasionally still experience blurry vision when I've been reading or using my computer too long. I hope this helps you somewhat.
