How long after stopping Zyvox 600mg tablets can I resume a regular diet. I only took 6 pills?

If you were taking the tablets twice a day then the elimination half life is approximately 5.4 hours.
It would take about 5.5 x elimination half life for the medicine to be cleared from your system i.e. 5.5 x 5.4 hours = 29.7 hours.
So you could safely resume your regular diet after that many hours.
