I have been taking Xarelto following hip replacement surgery but the paracetamol and codeine prescribed for pain have not been effective so I want to move to Ibuprofen or Naproxen when the 30 day course of Xarelto comes to an end
How long after completing a course of Xarelto should I wait before taking anti-inflammatory drugs?

Your course of treatment should be 35 days not 30 days. If you have no renal impairment waiting 24 hours should be sufficient before you start the Ibuprofen or Naproxen. What has your doctor told you?
