Weight changes with Lexapro can go either way in a small number of people:
"Metabolic
Common (1% to 10% of users): Decreased appetite, increased appetite, weight decreased, weight increased"
These changes are partially due to it's effects on your appetite but also metabolic changes such as a slower/faster metabolism and changes to the fat storage system. Everybody responds differently to this type of medication so it's hard to predict how it will affect you.
