I had sex took postinor-2 I took the fist dose in 48 hrs but it was not time to take the second dose since it should be taken 12 hrs after during that I had sex again then took the other pill after. Can I get pregnant?

So I took those 2 pills over the weekend and 4 days after I took another pack just to make sure. Therefore, in all I took 4 pills in one week. Would that delay my period even more?

Yes, you can become pregnant. The Manufacturer advises that you are not protected from pregnancy, for any sexual intercourse that you have, once you've taken The Drug.
Even if you had not had further intercourse, this Drug does not guarantee to prevent pregnancy. It's just worth a try in an emergency.
It has more chance of working if you take the first dose within 12 hours.
If you are still within 5 days/120 hours of the unprotected sex, you can have a Paragard IUD fitted by a doctor, which can stop a pregnancy from implanting. It can also be left there, as longer term contraception. That's an extra option you might want to consider.
Some women find IUDs painful, especially if they have not given birth before. Many manage just fine with them, though.
