As long as it's getting smaller and you have no fever it's improving.
Follow your dentist instructions on good mouth care.
Don't chew on that side.
Drink plenty of water! Both for the infection and the fact you are taking antibiotics. Take care of your kidneys! Lol...
If it gets larger, run a fever or develop increase pain, call your dentist Asap.
PS... Never ever stop taking total amount of antibiotics as directed.
Don't stop because you start feeling ok. It will come back and then have to ‘fess up to your dentist!
