Premarin is less expensive than estrase, so I want to know if the ingredients are the same or similar and if they are both equally effective. I only use 1/2 gram a week to strengthen vaginal wall after I experienced pelvic prolapse.
Is the ingredient in Estrace vaginal cream the same as in premarin vaginal cream?

Estrace has just estradiol and is used for replacement of estrogen not only in your vagina but systemic. Premarin has several different estrogens and is used for vaginal symptoms of menopause. Talk to your dr about it.
