I use estrace 1 Gm twice weekly. I have a second degree rectocele and want to know how long does it take to rebuild the vaginal wall.

Go ahead and have surgery. I have level 2 rectocele and my doctor says it will never get any better without surgery.

I seriously doubt it will do anything about a Rectocele. A Rectocele is a, herniation of the rectal muscles. Estrace is to treat symptoms of menopause in the vagina. Dryness, itching, small tears in the vaginal tissue.
