I have had my implant for 1 year and 7 months, when I first had it put in I spotted for a couple of months on and off and then since then I have had no period what so ever, we have been so busy recently that we haven't sex in about two weeks other than earlier today. A few hours after I noticed that I was bleeding, I never normally bleed after sex and it has worried me, as my partner and I are not ready for a baby yet hence why I have the implant. Could I possibly be pregnant? Please answer our question and hopefully put our minds at rest. Thank you in advance! :)

Seems like to me when I’m having constant regular sex I have no period but then once I stop for longer than 3 weeks I will spot for weeks or randomly during or after sex

I have the implant for about a year and I just started some bleeding to and yes it scared me but no pregnancy its just finally the body is letting go of the stored blood that needed to be out.

Bleeding does not mean pregnancy. It seems that allot of women start having bleeding when around the 2 yr mark. This isn't unusual and does not mean anything is wrong.
