What is this pill? It's a small oval shape tjat has n 357 on one half and 357 on the other half. On the back of the pill it says 7.5 in bold letters.

I only see info about this pill on this website and there are no pictures I can find either. Has anyone ever took this and where can I go to get more info about it?
