I suggest you contact your Drs. office and clarify, you can also ask your Pharmacist.
Most commonly the ER formulation is taken once every 24 hours at the same time, and IR usually three times per day.
That is what I understand (dosage). I am asking because I have been taking this:

for many years.
The pharmacy suddenly switched me to this:
https://www.drugs.com/imprints/377-8868.html The pharmacist looked at me like I was crazy when I complained the two different scripts acted differently. I suspect 627 is IR and 377 is ER. TY for responding.
