Did you ever find out what this is? We found a light green round pill smooth on one side and imprinted RE 256 on the other. Sounds like the same pill you described. It is not in any of the databases. The one I have is about 3/8" or 9mm in diameter
I found it. It is called Servira and is an extended release tablet containing phenobarbital, hyoscyamine sulfate, atropine sulfate and scopolamine hydrobromide. It is listed as removed from the US market and not FDA approved. www.drugs.com/pro/servira.html
Are you 100% certain that the imprint code you provided is RE 256?
Nothing coming up with that imprint code, please verify and get back to us.
