Its small... the 8 side is scored..cant find the name of it anywhere... have not taken one
Need to identify a small white round pill..has 8 on one side and pms on other..what is it?

"8 mg
Each white, round, biconvex, semi-scored tablet, embossed "8" and "pms" on opposite sides, contains 8 mg of hydromorphone HCl. For more information, ask your doctor or pharmacist."

Hey!!
I went to my psychiatrist and he prescribe hydroxyzine. He told me to take three at the same time (25-75mg) before bed. Do I need to take them an hour apart? Because taking three at the same time seems a bit odd.
Also does hydroxzyine treat insomnia? I have really bad anxiety at night which makes it hard to fall asleep. I don’t wanna take any benzodiazepines since they can cause addition.

If your Dr. prescribed this medication as you share, I can not tell you what to do, I didn't prescribed them. All I can tell you is to contact his/her office and clarify your doubts with him/her or the nurse.

Hydroxyzine very commonly causes sleepiness/mild sedation as a side effect so it does help with anxiety and insomnia.
"Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of itching, or hives on the skin. Hydroxyzine may be used to treat allergic skin reactions such as hives or contact dermatitis.
Since hydroxyzine also reduces activity in the central nervous system, it can be used as a sedative to treat anxiety and tension."
