I stopped taking oxy condone at 4 weeks and have only been taking Tylenol because that is what they gave me in the hospital with the Oxy Cosone nd since I couldn't take Advil 2 weeks prior to surgery.

Yes, you can switch it off with the Tylenol, but you can't take them together. They stopped you from taking Advil before surgery because it can thin your blood. They didn't want to risk clotting issues with the surgery.
