I also was taking Clindamycin and vicodine. Not sure if dentist used novicane or lidocane. This is a false positive but lab said not a chance.

There are many antibiotics such as Clindamycin that will cause a false positive for cocaine. The following is a link to a list of medicines and what they can cause as far as false positives. Under the a's is listed antibiotics and false positive for cocaine with the references cited.
