I am experiencing memory problems. Could this be from the Geodon? Also, my thought process has really slowed down, Has anyone else experieced anything like it?
I have experience sever memory loss problems while taking Geodon?

I was prescribed Geodon for anxiety earlier this month. I have /significant/ memory loss from the week I was on it. I got off it as soon as I realized how significant the side effects were for me. I went to events I do not remember (movies/comedy show/classes) and did things I don't remember doing. Apparently I built a desk. This medicine is scary.

I have memory problems and Geodon is the only medication that I have been taking. I had that question myself. The two may be connected.

Initially when i started Geodon, I had memory issues and slight confusion. I have been on it for almost 3 mos now and the memory issues have subdued. Give it a little time and see how you are in a month after being on your full recommended dose. Good luck

I have been taking Geodon for almost 8 years. It seems that my memory and mental process is getting worse every year. I don't know if it is the geodon.

Depending on age, that could be a natural process also. Even before taking the meds, as I have aged, I have noticed my memory is not as up to par as it was in my teens or even twenties.
If you believe it is the Geodon, speak with your doctor. I am far less likely to forget something as I did when first starting the meds. Of coarse, as I age, I expect that to change but not from the drug its self.

I also take Geodon, 40 mg daily. I've been on and off of it for about 10 years. I really am starting to think it may have been the pill after all. Throughout everything else, there was always that. My memory is terrible, I have to write down a list of anything over 2.
