For years researchers have studied the use of zinc as a way to treat or reduce symptoms of the cold virus. The results are mixed. Zinc may reduce the length of your cold and if taken regularly it could prevent a cold from developing.
Check with your doctor before taking Zinc.
NO!
Humira is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and plaque psoriasis. It is also used to treat Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis in adults.
Eat a lot of fresh fruit for Vitamin C, take zinc supplements as well as a good multivitamin. Wash your hands often to prevent reinfection. If you run a fever, see your doctor. I find putting Vicks or Mentholatum in my nose really helps me feel better, but some people are grossed out by this -LoL.
