I always felt "off". "a little crazy", "mental" and until... last night, I had no idea it could be my past addiction to benzos. Almost every pill known, I've been prescribed. I have been benzo free since 2016 and I'm honestly shocked and feeling something else, dunno what tho. Anybody ???
How and where is there help for long term effects?
