I would like to reduce the number of medications I am on. I currently am borderline diabetic, high cholesterol, restless leg syndrome, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, major depression disorder, general anxiety disorder.
How can I reduce my medications?

That is quite a list…and it seems like they all do to be treated. I know how it is because I have to take 10 medications myself and they’re all essential. But they keep me feeling great fortunately.
The only thing I might suggest if you’re already taking a medications for the depression and anxiety separately is to ask your doctor about a medication that can treat both at the same time.
Talk to your doctor about how you feel about taking so many medications and get their professional advice. You most likely will hear that you do need them all. But it’s certainly worth giving it a try.
