I have some from 5/8/09. I am taking it for RA. I was wondering before I throw it out!

even if it is expired according to label, but medication has a really long shelf life. and the only thing that happens with expired meds is it loses its potency. it won't hurt you
Point of order, you are incorrect here... a handful of medications, most of them IM or IV formulated, can undergo chemical reaction after a period of time. Throw all medications which have been shelved for a year or more away. Potential dangers outweigh any inconvenience getting a new RX might prove.
Thank you very much! This goes to show that I did not read the scrip.
According to the maker its one year from date of purchase. It should be on the scrip label.
