The mean terminal half-life of Cialis is 17.5 hours in healthy subjects.
It takes 5.5 x elimination half lifes for a medicine to be cleared from ones system... so Cialis will be cleared in approximately 96.25 hours i.e. approximately 4 days (5.5 x 17.5 hours).
