There are no known interactions between Diflucan (fluconazole) and Platinol (cisplatin). However, it does not mean that no interactions exist so if you do experience any odd symptoms please see your doctor.
The elimination half life depends on age, renal function and dose of fluconazole. If we take the average adult elimination half life at approximately 17 hours, fluconazole would be eliminated from your system in approximately 93.5 hours (5.5 x 17 hours)... so it'll be in your system to some degree until then. Please remember this time is approximate.
