48 hours after your last dose it adequate.
Hi there is no interaction between Diflucan and alcohol, although alcohol may change the efficacy of the treatment. The APPROXIMATE half life of Diflucan is 30 hours, so it will be out of your system in about 60. But it could be as long as 100 hours (Maximum elimination).
This is not how half life of drugs work.
Ex. For a dose of a 10 mg drug with a 4hr half life it would take about 2 days for the drug to be out of you system.
4 hours - 5 mg / 50%
8 hours - 3 mg / 25%
12 hours - 1 mg / 13%
16 hours - 1 mg / 6%
20 hours - 0 mg / 3%
24 hours - 0 mg / 1%
28 hours - 0 mg / 0%
That's a very precise answer. I'm assuming your nurse. If not you might want to check into that. :-)
Diflucan will stay in your system for days. I don't know the mgs you took but after a 150mg it would start leaving your system in three days then you would take another 150mg if Doctor ordered two, that would be six days hope this will help you, maybe someone else can give you more information should your mgs have been stronger.
