If you can get a script for the 30mg pills, you can start them for a week and then move to the 60mg pills. If not, you are stuck with just starting the 60mg pills. Might experience some side effects like nausea and headache but it will pass in time.
Were you successful in restarting? I am allergic but withdrawals are so bad I may have to restart and then taper. No other choice. It has been almost Four weeks.
