Because you are suffering from High Blood Pressure and probably taking medication for that, you might want to ask your medical consultant about which medication is best for you. Generally you can try home remedies for sinusitis.
Ask your pharmacist. Its the decongestant in the others that make child preps something people with high bp can't take.
That's what I was thinking but when I ran a check on phenylephrine that came up a no go too so them I just wasn't sure anymore, I think I'm just gonna have to invest in some coricidan because I can't afford to take any chances with my BP. Thanks for your help
There are several other ways to help your symptoms.
Take a pain reliever. To relieve a fever, sore throat, headache or body aches, try aspirin or acetaminophen (Tylenol)
Use saline nasal spray. To relieve nasal congestion, try saline nasal spray. The spray can help flush your sinuses.
Drink plenty of fluids especially water which can help clear your lungs of phlegm and mucus.
Increase the humidity in your home. Use a cool-mist humidifier or vaporizer to moisten the air and ease congestion and coughing. Try using an inhalation (added to very hot water and inhale the vapour) to clear nasal passages and chest.
Get plenty of rest. If you're not feeling well, take it easy.
Call your doctor if your signs and symptoms get worse instead of better or last more than 10 days.
