the thing is i dont use aspririn and i was told paracemol can affect me as well

Panadol is a brand name for paracetamol (or acetaminophen). Aspirin works differently to paracetamol.
Very few people who are allergic to aspirin will be allergic to paracetamol. You can try it and if you do have a reaction, see the doctor immediately. It's hard to say that you will be allergic without trying it.
