I take lorazepam daily for cervical dystonia for the last 6 years, I have been dealing with depression for about a year, tried Lexapro and it doesn't work for me, any ideas out there?
Thank you

Hi, Anon!
There are dozens of antidepressants and mood stabilizers you could discuss with your doctor or a psychiatrist who is aware of your medical history. I’d also consider starting CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in conjunction with an appropriate medication(s).
Don’t give up after just one trial! Just because Lexapro wasn’t your answer doesn’t mean that another antidepressant won’t work either.
Reach out again for help with an open mind. It’s out there for you and there’s no reason to continue suffering.
