I am now switching to Lactulose. When I was using miralax I put about a half teaspoon in with my sugar and have 2 cups of tea each moring. Can I substitute Lactulose 10g/15ml for the miralax in my tea each moring?
Has anyone tried mixing Lactulose with hot tea?

i have not tried it with tea and I don't know what Mirulax is but since Lactulose tastes like honey I would think it would taste awesome. I don't know if the heat makes a diff. so I would ask Dr. just in case.
