I took alendronate once a week for 1 1/2 years and lost a lot of hair. I have stopped taking the drug but cannot find any information on whether or not the hair will grow back and if so how long does it take?
Will hair grow back after stopping alendronate and if so, how long does it take?

I didn't know that Alendronate will cause hair loss but after reading this question, I have also had thinning of hair and finger nails. Is lossing hair onf of Alendronate's side affects? Also is there an online support group for persons with bone loss.

I've been taking alendronate since May 2018 .I started hair loss right away. I figured it out today! I also have twitching of my legs and hands. I seem to be confused all the time and bad headaches. I feel like a hot mess! I have bone loss too.
