I have had very good results from Zoloft. The ups and downs were manageable. Now, I'm really not doing well - no energy and low mood. Has this happened to others and what did you do?
What is a good medication to take when Zoloft no longer is working after 15 years?

Hi, Frances!
It's what we call the "poop out" and it happens commonly with many antidepressant/anxiolytics. I'd take this question to your doctor and discuss another SSRI since Zoloft worked well for you. In particular you might ask about Prozac or Paxil which treat depression but also work very well for OCD symptoms.
Best regards and I hope you're feeling better quickly.
