i was diagnosed with gastroparesis a couple months ago. every couple time a week at least one a week i get this popping feeling in my stomach kinda where my intestines would be. its normally a little after lunch which for me is just one pediasure. would this popping feeling be gastroparesis related or something else? also when the popping happens its normally painful and my tummy is bloated and when the popping happens it feels as if some pressure is relieved.

It sounds like a gas bubble, which could be forming because of the gp. Why do you drink pediasure? There are good ones for adults.
is there anything to help gas bubbles? and well im only 16 and the adult ones i tried are too thich and make me feel worse
You could break a simethicone tab. That's in things like gas-x. Be sure to tell your dr when you see him again.
