he takes Metoprolol, Actos, Lisinopril/hctz, Metformin, & Lantus

I checked and none of the medications you listed can cause a false positive result, now he could have taken an anti biotic which can cause a false positive for heroin and cocaine.

Have them test him again with a more advanced test or simply a hair follicle test.
