I found a blue round pill with G14 on one side. What is it?

Round blue tablet imprinted G 14 is 220 mg naproxen sodium (generic Aleve).
Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
I'd say re check it, as if it's a drug the pill id will work, color and all, unless it some punks made up X
I'm not finding anything coming with g14 that is blue and round.
