Yes it is a 81mg Aspirin. They are safety-coated tablets. My bottle came from Kroger.
Best I can tell it's probably aspirin. But don't take it just in case it's a designer drug. You really can't be sure. They sometimes make those to look like benign pills. Just throw it away. It won't do you much good. If you're considering taking it because it might be something other than what it appears to be don't do that either. You never really know what's in it so it might get dangerous. People die from that.
