Just found some of these at my parents house, then found the packaging. It appears to be SlowFE, a slow release iron supplement containing 45mg of elemental iron, the equivalent to 142mg ferrous sulfate.

It is impossible to ID any pill without an imprint - sorry. All prescribed and OTC meds are required by the FDA to have an imprint.
Your pill could be either of the following: Diet, Energy, Herbal, Vitamin, illicit or of some foreign origin.
Alternatively you could take it across a pharmacy for identification, please take care.
