I was switched from a 512 imprint to a 4839/V imprint by my pain management doctor... and my body can tell the difference. The new tablet is not controlling my pain as well.
What is the difference between the oxycodone imprinted with 512 than the one imprinted with 4839/V?

The difference is the manufacturer, 512 is made by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the other one by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Inc. But both are the same strength: Acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride 325 mg / 5 mg.
Pill imprint 4839 V has been identified as Acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride 325 mg / 5 mg.
