Is it for a week after the Bactrim bottle opened? 2 weeks? a month? Throughout the shelf life?
For how long Bactrim pediatric suspension should be used once opened?

Bactrim suspension can last until the expiry date of the medicine as assigned by the manufacturer. (Just a question ... I don't know about the forms available in our country but was the suspension reconstituted with water before it was given to you? If it was reconstituted then it will have a short shelf life. If it wasn't reconstituted then it should last until the given expiry.)
