I have been on this medication for about five months. I have not had any problems with eating. I was on warfarin and could not eat to much of my favorite veggies. Now I can eat all I want with no worries.
You must avoid St John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) which is, sometimes, used as a tea and, as tablets, for depression treatment.
There is no statement by the manufacturer that you can not drink alcohol and there are no current issues with any food including grapefruit. You should use caution until you know how your body will react when drinking alcohol. You need to be more mindful of aspirin, NSAIDs, and other drugs that you might or may take in the future.
