I am a 47 year old female, 230 lbs, 5'7" and I am starting Saxenda Jan 1 2018. I really want this to work! I have read about all the side effects and I am wondering if there are certain foods I should avoid while taking Saxenda or if any of you have tips for how you dealt with your side effects, I would really appreciate it. Wish me luck! Thanks everyone.
