Hi, Kaypol!
You'll have to experiment a little and see how it affects you. It can be taken morning or night but this medication may make some people drowsy and sleepy while causing insomnia and nervousness in others.
See how it makes you feel (if it gives you any side effects at all) and then take it whenever is best for you.
