Has anyone else who’s started fluoxetine in the first few weeks started hating their partner for no reason? Does this go away?

Hi, Dan!
Irritability, anger, aggression, and hostility are all potential side effects that generally resolve within the first few weeks. That may be what you're talking about but these feelings will go away with continued use.
I’ve been on them 2 weeks 3 days and it just started the start of week 2 so they should go away because I’m in 2 mines to switch or should I hang on?
Most people start to see improvements right about now as the side effects diminish. I'd give it a bit longer as you're still in the very early initial period. It's way too early to think about a switch as the drug needs time to become effective.
You should start feeling better very soon but it can take 4-8 weeks for the medication to become fully effective. That doesn't mean that you won't feel good until 2 months go by just that your progress will continue until then.
So these side effects should go away?? Just finding it weird how they only started on week 2 but they’re suppose to go by week two
Yes because most people start having side effects after an hour or a day or so and then they resolve. But everybody's metabolism responds differently and sometimes it takes longer for the drug to reach blood levels high enough to cause side effects. Maybe that's the case here? Regardless, yours should subside soon and if not let your doctor know.
