You sound impacted. I would contact a colorectal doctor immediately. This is not good for your health.
Sadly, like Patrick said; you have fecal compaction. I presume you have taken laxatives as a matter of course for some years? The unfortunate side effect of long term laxative use is the failure of peristalsis in your large intestine (a rhythmic movement of lateral compression that keeps the stool mobile). Sadly, the result is insufficient muscle tone to pass a stool naturally. If the enema/suppository did not work you should see your doctor immediately. You don't want to be cleaned out by the surgical equivalent of a 'ditch witch' or 'root remover' (an AU plumbers term for a piece of particular machinery.)
Good luck.
