With the proper respect, if you want to get well, certain sacrifices have to be made.
As Wildcat suggests, getting up or taking it at 7am-3pm-11pm is not a big deal in order for the treatment to work.

Can you take your first dose when you get up, then another at 3:00, and the last one at 10:00 or 11:00?

You usually only need to take it for 7 -10 days.

Yes says every 8 hours impossible to get 3 a day in unless I get up about 7 in the morning :(
