How fast does the Qsymia 7.5 does work? Anyone knows?

I have been taking 7.5 dose of Qsymia for two months and I did not lose any weight for almost three weeks. I remember wondering if I was going to lose anything at all but eventually the weight started falling off. I have lost twenty five pounds so far.

I'm also not losing any weight. Started the higher dose 5 days ago. So it took you 3 weeks into the higher dose to start seeing weight loss? And how long did it take to lose the 20lbs? I am also getting discouraged.
